בין ההקלות: הענקת ויזת עבודה לבן/בת זוג של מומחה זר; טיפול מזורז של עד 6 ימים בבקשה למומחה זר המגיע לתקופה של פחות משנה; הענקת ויזת עבודה לזר שסיים תואר אקדמי במקצועות ההייטק בישראל בשנה שלאחר תום לימודיו ללא מגבלת שכר.
