Module 1 – General training on the use of Erbium-YAG laser in dentistry by Dr. Fabrice Baudot.
The course will cover the fundamental basics of the Er-YAG lasers (physical properties, biological effects), the Er-YAG laser applications in the general practice, the photo-ablative and photo-acoustic effects of the laser as well as its bactericidal effects.
In addition, the contribution of Optical aids in laser assisted dentistry will be presented, followed by Microsurgery of hard tissues and soft tissues.
During the training, a live case will be transmitted, allowing participants an interactive discussion during the surgery. The final part of the training will be a presentation of clinical cases and an analysis of each case.
IMCP training program consists of 4 one-day modules, dedicated to the mastery of Erbium YAG lasers, in 3 basic disciplines of dentistry for a minimally invasive and preventive approach.
