MST Medical Surgery Technologies at IATI-BIOMED 2016 Conference and Exhibition

  • David Inter-Continental Hotel Rehov Kaufmann 12 Tel Aviv 61501 Israel (map)

MST–Medical Surgery Technologies Ltd., a leader in the field of advanced image-based surgical robotic technology, will be presenting at IATI Biomed 2016 on Thursday, May 26, 2016.

MST CEO Motti Frimer will present “Intelligent Scene Cognition Technology for Autonomous Surgical Robotic Control” and some of its prospective applications at the conference’s “Robotics’ Role in Healthcare” track. Also participating in the track will be executives of Intuitive Surgical and Johnson & Johnson.
MST’s advanced image-based software empowers robotic surgery, enhancing performance and workflow efficiency to benefit patients, surgeons and healthcare providers. The company’s initial product offering, which will be featured in the oral presentation, is AutoLap™, the only image-guided robotic laparoscope positioning system (>> Watch video).

“This track at IATI-Biomed presents an exciting opportunity for industry leaders to share insights and gain exposure to new approaches being applied in robot-assisted surgery,” Frimer said. He will be available to meet with visitors/investors and with the media throughout the day.

AutoLap™ interacts with the surgeon’s movements in the surgical cavity, guiding the laparoscope positioner in real time. The system offers surgeons full and natural control of the surgical procedure and an optimal field of view, while enabling healthcare providers to offer affordable robotic surgery, reduce OR costs and generate revenues.
IATI Biomed 2016 Conference will take place on May 24-26, 2016 at David InterContinental, Tel Aviv, Israel.
