Cosmetic Surgery Forum is unlike other CME meetings; it’s a multi-specialty educational symposium that covers the latest research, treatment and techniques in dermatology and cosmetic surgery. Over the course of three days, you’ll become a part of the course with interactive and hands-on demonstrations, presentations and discussions. Led by course director Joel Schlessinger, MD, Cosmetic Surgery Forum is intended for dermatologists, core cosmetic surgeons, residents and fellows.
Dr. Schlessinger is a firm believer that continuing education is an integral part of the practice of cosmetic dermatology and cosmetic surgery. He is proud to offer this unique educational opportunity again in 2016.
A particularly standout element of Cosmetic Surgery Forum’s agenda is our live demonstration sessions. These sessions (scheduled for Thursday and Friday of the forum) are an opportunity for attendees to gain hands-on education in proper technique and protocol for chemical peels, injections and use of small devices. Demos are also a fantastic opportunity for attendees to get to stand side-by-side with our experienced faculty as they demonstrate their individual techniques for administering cosmetic injectables. In this room, attendees have an opportunity to volunteer to experience treatments or they may be given a chance to have hands-on experience delivering treatments - the situations vary.
