CELLULAR TELECOM EXPERT

  • Provide the customer with Fault, Performance and Service solutions.
  • Collect requirements from the customer and define a high- level design for the external customer and internal customer- development team.
  • Understand the customer network and provide tailor-made solutions per their requirements.

Professional Experience and Personal Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working in a telecom operator, as Performance Analysis, NOC, Network Support, or Operations Engineer with experience of trouble shooting. OR At least 3 years of experience working for a large vendor, in one of the following positions: Field Support Engineer, Performance Analysis and similar
  • Must: Knowledge in the following areas (as many as possible) : GSM, UMTS, CDMA, LTE, VoLTE, Mobile backhaul
  • Must: experience with analysis of performance measurements (OM), KPIs and/or alarms (on NSS & BSS levels), xDRs
  • Capable of dealing with urgent customers issues in a multi-tasking mode
  • Must: English in a very high level
  • Advance: experience in working with international customers
  • Readiness to travel abroad

Implementation and System Integration Engineer

We are looking for an Implementation and System Integration Engineer to implement, develop, maintain, install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade monitor and support our solution, including third party applications e.g. Oracle, Sybase IQ.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Excellent Knowledge of Linux – Must
  • Solid Knowledge in databases (SQL and administration), preferably Oracle and Sybase
  • Ability to troubleshoot , assess and evaluate relevant information in regards to root cause analysis, and resolve problems under pressure
  • Identify and drive improvements proactively while changing priorities
  • Self-driven and self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and perform on-calls on customer premise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills implemented to create high-quality interaction with customers and team members

Telecom Expert-IP

  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience working for a Telecom Operator as a Performance Analysis, NOC, Network Support, or Operations Engineer with experience in configuration and management of Equipment such as: Routers, Ethernet Switches, VoIP devices.
  • OR at least 3 years of experience working for a large vendor as a Field Support Engineer, Performance Analysis and similar.
  • Knowledgeable in the following areas (as many as possible): SNMP, OSPF, BPG, MPLS, QoS, Syslog, VRRP.
  • Cisco educational degree as CCIP, CCNA- Advantage
  • Experience in configuring MRTG, RRD Tools or CACTI freeware tools – Advantage
  • Capable of dealing with urgent customer issues in a multi-tasking mode
  • Readiness to travel abroad
  • Very high level of English
